Sold as Refurbished, but had not been cleaned up.

My complaint is that it was sold as Refurbished, and condition as "Excellent." After I got it home, some family emergencies intervened and I did not get to set it up for several weeks. When I did I was shocked to see that it was still registered to it's previous owner and also had BestBuy sales programs on it which would close my work if I was not using it for a while. On my own, I wasted many. many hours trying to get the former owner off and the BestBuy programs off, but could not do it. Finally took it to my local repair guy who reinstalled Windows 11 and now it works fine.

Loud fan & Whining sound

Will return in hopes for a better exchange. On the good side the sound, display & processor seems to move fast enough for my child's needs.

Rather than help me on the five phone calls I made, they offered help for a price. After that, I returned the item and went to Micro center.

Slow

Good looking but terrible quality

It had a big black spot so cant speak about its performance as didn't get to really use it. But it looks good so maybe it deserves an extra star for that.
