He was very patient and knowledgeable! He took his time explaining the difference between sooo many computers for me until I felt completely comfortable to purchase one. I finally decided on an HP all-in-one touch screen and I’m so happy with my purchase and the service I received!

We are a homeschool family. I needed something I could work on but also something easily adaptable for my son once he gets to that point. The staff highly recommended this. This price was pretty reasonable considering the specs. We love it.

The Geek Squad did their usual excellent work and we brought it home. After buying a new modem and router, and having WOW string a new cable, everything is working just great. We will always purchase our electronics from Best Buy and we will always avail ourselves of the services of the Geek Squad.
