    Need more instructions on how to do things. This our first 'smart' TV. No written booklet on how to use, even though Austin the 'Geek Squad' technician who installed our new computer and TV as well as moved our existing TV to a different location plus helped us order items that allowed us to connect some of our old equipment to the new TV was extremely good and has answered many questions!

    I love the computer. I really don't like the new operating system. Very unfriendly. Also, the new version of Office is very user unfriendly. Can't figure out why they take something good and make it worse.
