Having some major issues, in the start up. Takes forever for Excell and other simple programs to come up. And when they do, previous saved cha ges aren't there.

Although a beautiful screen… its just plain slow to connect. Always seem to be upadating.

the set up did not go well, keyboard and mouse was not set up and other items were not working well.

I have no issues with the item but my issues were with the Geek Squad services I received. I provided my device and upon returning my device back to me all I received was my computer monitor. My keyboard, mouse and power cord were missing. Perhaps lost at the service warehouse. Im happy with the computer I purchased haven't had any problems with it.

computer is good but can't seem to get either of my copiers hooked up to it

Screen wasn’t working had lines across the screen. Couldn’t use

It took three tries and two computers to try to solve problems of file availability, editing existing documents, adding documents to existing file structures, and more. After last try, my son-in-law made changes so I could use computer. At one point, was advised to call Microsoft because Best Buy could not work on files with personal data. Microsoft no longer provides personal support, only internet - and that is poorly structured to provide specific solutions to problems. I understand problems are related to "One Drive" and are not unusual.

The computer's webcam does not work. Very disappointing. I could not find any help from hp community forum. I did not complain to avoid the stress of returning this item. I just purchased a cheap webcam from amazon.

The product is great, but just after I had you removed the hard drive from my old computer, all of my information became hit on. I have never had any problems, before this time. My e-mail was compromised and other items. I can't prove that you are responsible, but, why just ,after I turned by hard drive over to you, to have it removed. You need to check on your employees.

New pc doesn't have a cd drive. I expected it to have one. Store rep. didn't say anything.

computer is great - the remote keyboard sucks! Some keys just will not work.

This touch screen All-in-one computer has been everything I hoped for! It is easy to use and I love the wireless keyboard. I like the fact that you can move the computer around to another place also.

Horror show. Totally shut down after 13 days; required bringing desktop back to store. Couldn’t get tech support to assist. Routed to India for support. Could not assist.

The device was inoperable right out of the box and I could not get a Geek Squad appointment for 4 days. Merry Christmas phooey. The device, an Apple iPod remains dead on arrival.

It worked for two days and then broke. Had to return it and I got a tower instead.

Unable to turn the volume up or down I have to use the icon on the keyboard ridiculous! Not to mention you have to pay for almost everything annoying!

Great desktop, high performance and beautiful. I have it since 2021 and it still runs like the first day I’ve gotten it.
