A Good Combination- Product and Service!

It is simple in operation and the right size- spatially and in regards to memory. The Geek Squad was very helpful, well-versed and easy to communicate with.

Beware of Buzzing Fan

Terrible Experience Geek Squad Certified Bust

It was delivered quickly, and I made my child wait until Christmas to open it. It did not come with a power cord. There is no way to address this online, no option for incomplete orders on the website. I had to wait in line the day after Christmas crowd for a power cord, and when I came home to plug it in it beeped non-stop. We are on our way to take it back to wait in line to return it. Absolutely terrible experience, I will never trust a Geek squad certified open-box item again.
