I was more than happy when I unpacked this! It was easy to set up and very good quality. Always happy with my HP products - touch screen was a nice bonus feature

I worked from home for about 4 years and thus set up was perfect!

So far so good, This is my first dive into the Ryzen series and I am enjoying then power it produce for the price. And the HP24 computer is just what I expected. A solid computer with a great looked.

We really loved the overall look of this all-in-one, and it was the first time we have purchased one. The performance has been what we wanted. There are a couple of caveats to this, that prevents me from giving a 5 star review. The mouse, while stylish to match the look, is almost worthless. We purchased a new mousepad to see if the jerky mouse motion would be eventually be seamless, that has not worked. Had to utilize another mouse. All of the USB ports are in the back and a bit cumbersome to access. And this is a Windows 11 machine, so, as Microsoft does when it "upgrades" finding settings got a bit more challenging. We cannot get the monitor to utilize the screensaver settings nor turn-off, not matter how many times we reset the parameters. Very frustrating.

I really enjoyed the touch screen and the windows 11 but after having to purchase windows 365 it wanted more money for adobe and just common software like Google I had to spend more than the $1000 purchase

So easy to hook up & start using, we got it as a gift for a 78 year old woman, shes not had anything even slightly negative to say, so much memory & everything you need is right there

So far, its a good computer but it has lots of issue such as wired fan noise, sometime clicking noise coming from the back. the thing I did not like about it is that it comes with only single channel ram.

Fast and fun plenty of speed and memory, great camera.nice having a wireless keyboard and mouse.touch-screen is also a great feature.

I love everything about this computer. It doesn't take up allot of space and gets the job done for me. It is really fast at processing anything that I am working on.

We purchased the computer a couple months ago and at first we were frustrated with the performance. Then we realized that we had adjusted from our hp 10 to this SUPER COMPUTER! We were literally doing too much. This computer does most of the work for you. We are completely satisfied with both the computer and the excellent service at Best Buy! We were going to get another brand but the sales person showed us how much of a deal this was and we couldn't pass it up. Thanks again Best Buy for such good service and products. COMPLETELY SATISFIED!

Goid lookin all in one very easy to set up great performance for an i5 wish is middle range we can do a lot of different things with great performance

This is a good computer. It has a fast hard drive and memory. The screen is large and very clear. I would like a better keyboard and mouse but they are acceptable.

I got this for my brother and he absolutely love this computer. He’s a game head and he approved it. It a great size, very fast, light, and its touch screen.

I purchased this all in one to my younger son for new school year. He love it the features. It’s easy to setup. One thing I don’t like it is the holder for computer. It is so ugly and like a hanger. Not compact.
