One of the first things I did was upgrade the RAM. I have to say that was far more difficult than it should have been. There were no instructions in the user guide on how to access the motherboard; however, I found a YouTube video which was helpful but you have to take a good portion of the computer apart. That said, HP’s previous Touchsmart all-in-ones were far easier to upgrade because the motherboard was easily accessible.
