Great product the All In One Computer

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st ever an all-in-one computer, every aspect about it met my needs, given my age and use and space available for a computer in my home, best purchase in I ever made in recent years, the BB employee was super, or he somehow knew everything I wanted to hear, the decision to buy it AND the annual tech service plan paid off right away as I had serious trouble getting it to recognize my second monitor, but being an exclusive member with a support contract someone came to the house and fixed it in 10 minutes, totally great experience all around!!! Oh and not my first purchase at B B...

Main problem was Windows 11. Windows 11 wouldn't let me play the games I like to play. Had the techs take out Windows 11 and install Windows 10. Once all the little glitches were fixed, I haven't had any more problems

She's 93 and is constantly on it buying stuff and listening to podcasts. She watches movies and old TV shows. Has a great picture and goes fast.
