Works, but a but bit noisy

It doe the job well and was a good price... which lead to an older processor that runs a bit loud. I might just be my machine. The form factor is great for a kids room and get him all that he needs.

Overall good product

We only use it for my son's school work, but that was the intent. It would struggle to perform much more than that. However the price was right and it works for school projects.

The Windows 10 OS response is slow when using File Explorer to navigate through folders and devices.

Already computer is locked with some virus

Not really Best Buy’s fault

Returned it for another one and received an open box, 5 days later same problem, returned for a laptop. So far so good. Best Buy’s part is giving me an open box that was not obviously completely checked, and for charging me full price when open box is sold cheaper!!

Not nearly as strong as my last HP PC

I have had HP support on the phone 3 times trying to improve it's efficiency and get my HP printer to stop losing it's connection. The 15 day return policy is a joke.... I am not asking for 1 year but at least 30 days to see how it will perform on a daily basis.
