The second was damaged out of the box and could not exchange because there was none in inventory. There was no hassle with the return and the refund of the protection plan, so that is at least a silver lining to this.

I have been out there three times for help on getting things set up after the purchase of the Geek package. I have only gotten the run around NO help . I am not a happy customer.

Keeps freezing

I even had the ATT guy come out and he said nothing is wrong with the connection very disappointed

Very Reliable Personal Computer.

I'm hoping this pc lasts me for a good five years or more. HP makes really good computers compared to others like Gateway at the time I grew up with. If you have the money and looking for something easy to setup and has a fairly large screen and touchscreen. I love this computer.
