Great computer for our business. Very functional with the touchscreen to zoom in on blueprints. Perfect space saver when paperwork is on the desk as well.

Excellent performance. This model really saves space on my desk top while giving me all the functions I could ask for. Setup was very simple with Geek Squad transferring material from my old machine.

The all-in-one is a great computer and the easiest one I have ever setup - it was virtually plug and play. The graphics are crisp and bright and the touch screen works great. Very pleased with this purchase.

Was told by the associate that they've greatly improved on the performance and reliability of the all-in-one desktops, he's right so far, been working great.

This computer seems big when i opened the box, but once I got it set up it was an awesome computer for my school work and I would not get anything else. Very pleased with this computer

This is a great computer for my 4 year old to use for abc mouse. Love the touch screen! It doesn’t seem to have much memory which is the downfall.

Computer is fine. I’m having much difficulty doing what I want to do using windows 10 as your geek squad can probably attest to. It is definitely not user friendly. There is no much needed idiot’s guide for this senior citizen...last instruction manual published 2015. Library and store closures haven’t helped. I find the keyboard overly sensitive..inadvertently graze keys at top while using mouse, which sends me back to home screen. Security stops me from downloading at times, says my printer is not connected when it is (with geek helpi). Wish it could be programmed to match windows 7 but my printer would no longer work with that, HP no longer supports.

I purchased this PC 11 months ago but didn't activate it until September: I wish I had done so earlier. The setup was a snap. My wife is the primary user, doing her email and product surveys. The Intel i3 processor is VERY fast - no waiting: every type of file opens quickly. I'm so glad that I got the 8Gb of RAM. This PC is quiet (no more hard-drive fan noise and heat), and has been a great tool for Zoom conferencing. The HP quality clearly shows. The big touchscreen display is "icing on the cake." I wish that I had bought it earlier, and I will surely be replacing my old desktop with another one of these soon.

TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THIS PURCHASE. Very fast with SSD storage and no moving parts. Had (and still have) a Windows 7 eMachine from Gateway for 10 years. What a difference in technology !

It's a great computer for the price. I love the touch screen and its the perfect size for me. The only thing I don't like which I didn't realize before I ordered it is it doesn't have a CD drive to insert a CD.

A great desktop all in one computer. It also has a DVD player. Easy to set up.

Computer boots up and shuts down quickly. Also navigates from website to website quickly, which is probably due to both the Intel processor and the solid state hard drive. Graphics on the screen and sound also very good. Computer sometimes will have a low humming sound. I've found that if you shut down the computer, then unplug the power source for a few seconds, the hum will vanish when you reboot.

Great budget machine for our office setting. We mainly use web browsing and word processing and it is quick and does a good job.

Needed a computer for my niece to attend school during covid-19. The set us was easy, functions real well and love the compact all in one feature that takes up less space.

My new computer arrived yesterday. Set-up was fast and easy. The computer is very attractive and processing is quick. The only issue is a defective internal motor/fan which emits a constant annoying circulating humming sound, which makes it very difficult to concentrate while working on the computer in a quiet room. I set up an easy exchange over the phone and I'm hoping I don't have to return the newly shipped unit due to any defects. Phone customer service was great!

Very pleased with this pc. I have a no issues with it so far. Love the choice of going from keyboardto the touch screen. Setup was very easy and simple.
