This computer was very nice for work, it is very fast and I was able to run a lot of tabs at the same time. Would definitely recommend to a family member, it still works even after 4 years almost!

Reliable and much faster, this was purchased for a friend of mine who is their 80’s. Their previous computer was over 15 years old and crawling. This was simple and fast for the word processing and basic internet needs in the modern world. Got it set up with the web cam and features quickly. Paired with printer without effort, and within 30 mins was ready to use. This computer isn’t meant for the hardcore computer user, this is the perfect machine for the basic user that needs a computer that functions well without a ton of bloatware.

I'm very happy with this purchase so far. The quality I assume will be equal to the HP Envy laptop that this unit is replacing so I will give it 4 stars right out of the gate. I was able to get it up and operating even though I am technologically challenged. The fact that this was done without any assistance should encourage other seniors to not be deterred from purchasing this computer. I am able to increase the fonts on my stock screens so that I no longer have to squint at the monitor all day. The Microsoft 365 will give me everything that I need in Word, Excel, and Outlook to keep me up to date. The Windows 11 will be a steep learning curve but I plan to take a feature per day and get myself up to speed. I absolutely love the 24" screen!!!!

Great computer. I'm not really tech savvy so I got this all in one for the house and I love it. It's perfect for my tasks and moderate day to day shopping and what not. Easy to navigate and I am a guy who sometimes thinks of it like my phone so touch screen is awesome. For the price it's a no brainer.

It is really nice and fast. Easy to operate. Priced just right. Pictures are clear and I love it. You can use the mouse or your hand to make changes or to insert anytime.

I bought this computer for both personal and business use. Very easy to install. Very impressive screen. Plenty of memory for my purposes. I looked at other options and this was the best value.

This AIO desktop is a great buy at this price point. Very sleak design, space saver, and compact PC. The processor speed is perfect for any kind of task. Highly recommended!

So far so good. Was not initially looking for an all-in-one, but found this as an open box for almost half price. We have had it for a couple months and have enjoyed using it. The kids like playing games with the touch screen. It has had no problem handling the workload we have.

Excellent product - fast, efficient & easy to operate. Set-up was quick & self-explanatory. The only design flaw would the location of the USB ports - they're located behind the monitor & are therefore difficult to access. Nonetheless, I was able to alleviate this problem by adding an Aluratek extension w/ four additional USB ports. I was especially impressed w/ the professionalism, patience & expertise of the Best Buy employee that sold me this product & answered my numerous questions - Andres @ the San Antonio, Texas Highway 281 location really impressed me.

It was time to replace my laptop. I have increased virtual activities including art, line dancing, book club. In researching I discovered that desktops are cheaper to purchase and to repair. I’ve had this for 2 years now and not a single problem. Display graphic are a lot better than I expected. Mostly used this for school and the larger screen made split screening really easy and it was able to run multiple tabs with no problem. The touch screen factor came in a lot more helpful than I thought because sometimes I’d lose the mouse or just needed to zoom in and it was better than using the google function. Overall really satisfied and still going strong.

I really love my new computer. I am so happy with its performance. It is fast and easy to understand the instructions. I love the keyboard and the quietness of the computer. I love that you can make the letters big enough that I can use it without my glasses. I love the touch screen too! I love my new *Love* (the computer) I am so HAPPY HAPPY.....

Ive only had it a week, but so far so good. I wad very hesitant to purchase becsude people complained about the noise and mine i dont hear at all except a bit of a noise during the update. I also found it very easy to set up and i didnt read the directions.
