    I love this computer and more so that its touchscreen. I bought it because im in the graduate program at school and the touchscreen is wonderful when i play solitaire at the end of the day.

    Am having terrible trouble with this computer. After 2 attempts for small repair service at home (1 cancelled by me, 1 by Best Buy tech..both for illness reasons)am now scheduled for next week. Am not happy with this computer. It’s been 3 weeks since purchase and that’s not acceptable for a new and expensive piece of electronics. Best Buy employees have been very helpful but no new computer should be so difficult to operate and need repair service so soon after purchase. Maria Raymond

    A good computer, but I'm not a fan of Windows 11. I bought this to replace my "secure laptop" which will lose Microsoft support in January. It doesn't have a DVD drive but I bought a USB portable DVD player several years ago when I noticed that machines were coming out without DVD players. I have software that MUST load from a CD.

    I wasnt sure if i wanted the all-in- one or the laptop. I love the bigger screen and with the touch screen i get the best of both. It's light weight so if i need to move it around it is no problem at all.
