    Terrible. Hate the sound from speaker at front of screen. Very annoying. I purchased this because Best Buy including Geek Squad made a mess of my other one and it was so messed up and too much gearing both at store and over the phone that I upgraded a year or so ago to 10 which I was told it would help but it didn't so I then purchased this new one. Still very slow and having to wait for downloads etc.

    I don't like this location they LIED and keep lying about my computer. They tkr your money and lie again about order dates. Then when confronted about the issue they will loud/deep voice the scripted lie.
