The computer itself is very good, the keyboard - not so much. The caps light indicator is on the other end of the caps lock button, which is annoying. The alt keys don't work, and neither do the f keys. If I want to adjust column I have to do it from the touch screen. aaaarrrgh. There might be a simple fix but I don't know what it is.

Perfect for school or work. I did buy a new keyboard but it was a personal preference nothing wrong with it.

Computer was very easy to set up and use. Reasonably priced and powerful enough to meet our basic computing needs. My only criticism is that USB ports are in the back of the unit, requiring the unit to be turned to get to the ports. Problem was solved with a USB extension cable.

I've had this computer for about a month now. Easy to set up, runs very fast on my network. I use it for my personal financial mgmt, online orders & internet searching. I love the bigger touchscreen & how fast it is. Great purchase for the price!

So far I have nothing but good things to say about my new HP All in one. The speed is soo much faster than my last All in one and everything is easy to use. I felt the cost was real appropriate too. It fits great on my desk too. Love it!

My old computer was 7 years old so it was time for a change. The best part of this all in one desktop is that there is only one power cord, so it looks very neat. You have to attach the base to the pole that holds the monitor with one screw, then the monitor snaps on. The base is nice and heavy so it won't fall over. The speed is amazing. The camera can be pushed down for privacy. I love the touch screen as well. So far so good and Geek Squad was great, they remoted in and helped me with the set up.

Love this all in one! Good speed and storage. Adjustable height is a plus! My only complaint is that it does not have an SD card slot and i needed to purchase an adapter..

I bought this computer for my 88 yr old mother for Christmas. She loves it. Easy for her to use. Geek squad did an amazing job setting it up for a senior. The screen.is sharp. The computer is lightning fast.. Im thinking about buying one myself.

This is very easy to set up and use. It replaced an old tower CPU that took up a great deal of space. The all in one is more compact, and has more memory to boot. The touchscreen again reduced the need for space on the desktop.

Bought this for my Dad for Father's Day. Gave it to him early. He had a computer with windows 7. He really likes it so far. Fast takes up less room and easy for him to use

I bought this for my 95 year old dad who recently had to get rid of his very old computer. Yes, he still using the computer - keeping in touch with family, checking out the news, etc. He loves the touch screen and finds the all in one computer very easy to use. It was an excellent buy! Definitely have to buy one for my family now!

First HP Computer I have ever bought. This was for my wife and her 10 yr. Dell All-In-One finally quit. This machine got to me quickly and it was a breeze to get setup. It fired right up and within 15 minutes we were already putting her files onto the computer. This HP is the fastest PC we have in the house. Crisp clear screen is awesome. All in all this was the best PC purchase we have made. We have bought 3 others and this one is the best. All-in-one PC's have come a long way.

I'm so glad I bought this desktop. I love the screen size, it's fast, and the sound is crystal clear. I took a chance by purchasing the "excellent open box" option for a lower price. I figured I'd buy the lower-priced system and use the savings for three years of Geek Squad service. I still spent less than the regular price. So far, the computer is running well, and I have no complaints.
