Decided to build a mid-range computer for my son as a surprise for his 12th birthday. I wanted a monitor that was good quality with clear, sharp images so that it would be suitable for schoolwork, and with a refresh rate and response that would also make it suitable for him to enjoy gaming and video applications. There are many of those out there, but finding one that combines both of those in a size that isn't too large to fit his desk and much too large for me to be comfortable with him sitting so close to it was a challenge. This one is perfect, and he loves it. So much so, that even before I got his desktop computer finished, he'd already hooked it up to a laptop so he could watch DVDs.

The monitor is very stylish and modern. It's also lightweight and easy to move around. I connected it to my laptop and use it as a dual monitor. The only negative is that the monitor does not have the backing to mount it and I didn't know that until after I purchased it. Regardless, I kept the monitor because it does what I need it to do.

This is a very good monitor for the price. The display is clear and it was very easy to set up. I couldn't decide between several more expensive monitors and I am happy I chose the HP 25f.

The colors on the monitor are extremely bright and clear. I mainly use it to play PC games on and I haven't had a problem with it. Simple easy to use easy to put together to awesome monitor.

I have been trying out different monitors for sometime to find the best match for my desk working conditions. I have tried 32" Dell & Philips, 27" Acer & even a couple 4k monitors. These were too big for my desk & 4k were expensive. I was trying to find 2k monitors under $200 but had no luck there either. I was avoiding 1080p monitors because sitting too close to them reveals pixels on big screens like 27" or 32". This however is the right balance of size & price. The picture quality is amazing with absolutely no visible pixels due to 75hz refresh rate & AMD Free Sync.

This Monitor has helped us tremendously! My daughter loves the size and color it shows! We love the double monitors put side by side... great help in all our projects!

I’m new to monitor field. Bought this because of the brand, price and size. Works great with my MacBook and for ps4 gaming. Has great quality and two hdmi for simultaneously tasks

This monitor was on sale and it was the biggest steal in my entire computer setup. Its screen is mile ahead of my laptop and its design/interface is so pleasing to use. Highly recommend!

This monitor is a great replacement for ANY small screen monitor. This made an older computer worth using again. At 25 inches and great color it was a great buy.

I purchased this as a second screen and it is a great one. If you’re trying to decide whether to buy it or not, Just go for it. Colors are great, also it is smooth to the eye.

This monitor has a great design and the colors are very nice. It is an IPS which gives you great views from different angles. For the price, I think this is a very good monitor to purchase and definitely a smart buy. Connectivity is good with DisplayPort and HDMI options along with VGA.

Great picture quality, and great design. Used for home office looking at spreadsheets. Only con is can’t be mounted to desk mounts

This monitor was the best balance of quality and price available at the time I was in need of one. HP makes a pretty solid IPS LED monitor.

Needed something to help with using my laptop. The 25" works very well. Picture quality to do work and watch Netflix is awesome. Happy with purchase.

Easy set up on HDMI, works well, replacing an old Dell monitor. Color is great, plus more clarity and physically a lot lighter than the previous monitor.

I’ve had this monitor for about a year and 3 months and so far everything is as expected from a brand like HP. the price is definitely good and built for long time ownership like I said I’ve had it for a year and three months and it still feels like it’s new. Definitely one of my best investments. I used this as a gaming monitor and it’s a good starter definitely not something you wanna use for everyday gaming like I do but I’ll eventually upgrade but it does great for now :)

Much nicer than the Samsung it replaced. I was using this monitor on my work computer, liked it, and bought it. Be aware there are no speakers.

Worked instantly and perfectly from the second I plugged it in. Beautiful hi def picture, crisp and clean. Nice and sleek. Overall highly satisfied!

This was a purchase to replace a fallen soldier maybe one day long ago it was okay but even though this one is only 1080P the display is so sharp and size is just right that it seems like higher res than that. The style is like something from the future affecting the whole room. I'm told that games are much more realistic/fun! I wish I had one of these where I work. At the store I was just looking for an upgrade and didn't pay close attention to the detail. It's awesome but it took a kid to point it out, so I'm a hero. It's definatively an upgrade.
