I find the performance to be slower than I would like it to be. It overall works fine other than that issue.

Great features, terrific price easy set up with printer.

After 3 weeks of paid installation, computer is frozen and I am unable to use it. Trūde all suggestions to unfreeze without success. Since I am 91 years old and unable to carry it to store, I will have to pay for home Visit.

My old computer had become painfully slow, and it became clear that I needed a new one. The HP Touch-Screen all in one computer has worked beautifully since I brought it home and set it up. The screen is significantly larger than my previous one - which is wonderful - and I have so much more storage capacity that I had with my previous computer. Thus far, everything has worked like a dream, and I am very pleased with my purchase!

I am very satisfied with my HP desktop purchase. It performs smoothly, starts up quickly, and handles everyday tasks without any problems. The design is compact, modern, and fits well on my desk. I plugged this in, set it up easily, grabbed all of my wife’s info from the OneDrive backup of her old laptop. She likes the fact that the camera is hidden away, and overall the machine runs well. I plugged in an external monitor without a problem, I like that it has lots of power for the future. It sits in a work area where she does not have too much desk space, so this works really well!

This HP all-in-one computer has everything I needed, speed with the ultra 7 Intel, plenty of memory 16 GB. I previously had a 23 inch screen the 27-in is the perfect desktop size, not too big so you're not moving your head and adjustable. White and thin, clean. Overall I would give this computer a grade A.

nice screen, works efficiently. Quiet, quick and easy to use

This computer works wonderfully. We replaced our old all in one computer from that was 10 years old. It is lightning fast, it has a clear picture and so easy to use and install. We highly recommend.

My family purchased this HP computer, and we like it thus far. It was very much needed as we had a bad experience with another brand. It's quick, spacious storage, and meets all of our needs. We had an easy setup process, and there were no delays in obtaining storage items from the previous computer as it has Cloud capability.

Great computer. Very fast great picture and easy to use. I would definitely buy it again. The Geek Squad did a great job setting it up and transferring the data from my old computer.

Setup was easy, although the pictorial instructions for the wireless mouse didn't help me initially find the transceiver. The screen is large and the picture is clear and sharp. After 12 years with my previous computer, I'm enjoying the speed and enhanced functionality of my new HP.

The full HD All-in-one touch screen package that I purchased is over the top the best great price the gentleman that helped me choose this was on point with every thing this computer offers I have always love all in ones because they are easy to setup and awesome performance the older one that I had was 6 years old and still in excellent condition it just couldn't download windows 11 so I had to go on the hunt and the geek squad is always there with excellent customer service info and instruction to help I have always bought my computers etc.... from best buy they have the best products, choices and prices around keep up the good work!!

The product is as advertised, pricing was awesome. The performance is great, and the unit is sleek. One difference from previous HP All-in-One's is they no longer put in the nice weighted Bluetooth keyboard and mouse like they used to. It's still a matching white quiet key, just not as robust as the old ones.

Just got the computer but so far so good. My only thing I wish was that there was one or two USB ports on the side of the computer. When you need to plug something in you have to reach around the back. But other than that, I love it. the screen is nice and bright, and the 27-inch screen is a great size. We had to buy it because our old desktop wasn't compatible for windows 11. this is also so much faster now.

Since relocating to Florida, and Microsoft killing Win 10, I needed a new desktop for work. This fit the bill, big screen, integrated webcam, and huge display. All perfect and easy setup.

The HP-27" Full HD All-In-One computer is as good or better than advertised. The ease of set-up was impressive. The desktop itself is what a top-of-the-line PC should be. Once the setup was complete, I was able to begin using it with ease, and it functioned exceptionally well.

CPU works great! It’s fast & easy to see screen. Stand is not as stable as I would like it to be. Since I rarely move cpu it doesn’t affect me.
