Bottom line is that the monitor is working ok. Picture/text quality is good. I am using external speakers and camera/mic. The packaging contained only a quick guide in which the instructions/graphics did NOT match the actual product. I had to figure out how to assemble using my common sense. The instructions did not say you need to turn on the power control on the bottom edge of the monitor nor that you have to switch the input control to HDMI if that is what you are using (did not mention the row of controls at all). I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the very poor (non-existent) instructions.

I love this new monitor. It is a nice size and the picture quality is great. It was easy to connect with my new HP tower.

The monitor has lived up to all my expectations. It delivers a great image, allows me to use two monitors easily, and manage multiple tasks with ease. It was truly plug and play. Not an expensive monitor but great for office work.

I love my open box monitor. It also has enabled my eyes to heal. Thru the years I have always purchased lap top, computers & phones from Best Buy even a Jitterbug phone. When I got a virus went to Geek Squad, If I have a ?? I go to Best Buy. They are always very kind to me. Thank You Gwen

Very crisp resolution and changing the height and angle of the monitor is super easy.

Purchased this for my husband. It has a nice look and was very easy to set up. It's nice that it also raises and lowers to provide comfortable viewing.

I really like the size and picture quality of this monitor. It was really easy to setup in just minutes and I also appreciate the loop on the back of it to corral the cords for a more organized appearance.

The monitor is huge. The features on the monitor are very nice. It shows the pictures clearly and it doesn't bother my eyes. So far I've ordered two of these. It doesn't seem to have anywhere on the back of the screen where I can put it on a monitor desk mount, that way I can have more space on my desk. But overall, I recommend it.

Good for computer work. Very good value. I wouldn't recommend for gaming or multimedia.

This came with simple instructions printed on the box. Beautiful cora dn works as it should! Great deal!!
