I love my new All in One Desk Top Computer. It is so easy to use and the adjustable height feature worked out just great for me. I also love that I no longer need a tower and have more room in my desk.

Very nice computer. It was extremely easy to hook up...plug it in, attach to WiFi! Looks great, works great. Definitely a good choice!

The computer is wonderful. The salesmen was fine however, the process of copying the data from our laptop to the all in one did not go as expected . The geek squad member we dropped our lap top off with was a bit rude and the one that returned it to us had no intention of helping us activate our info once transferred. Although I figured it out it was not what we were told would happen when we paid extra $200. Also when we picked up our new computer the person at the desk demanded identification which we didn’t have with us requiring us to find the salesman to verify us. I even had the sales receipt on my phone and when I tried to show it to him he refused to even look at it.

Overall the computer is great, set up was easy hardware wise as well as software. Very sleek looking. The only con is the stand where is connected to the back of the computer feels a bit unsturdy. It holds it and the up and down on the stand is a nice feature but it's a little wobbly and makes me nervous when adjusting the height or opening the Webcam at the top.

The wide screen and rich color display, supply the beauty; joyful, is how it makes me feel and the slip away hidden camera give me peace of mind, knowing I can’t be seen without my permission.

This is one of the best All-In-One Computers I have ever had. Super easy to use. I love that I can adjust the screen to move it up or down. It's also a touch screen, nice feature. Lots of memory to store all my favorite pictures & videos. I definitely will buy this brand again!

I purchased an all-in-one computer to replace a laptop connected to a monitor. The new device has a 27" screen, which makes viewing small print easy. The operating system is fast, allowing quick start-up and easy access to websites. This all-in-one is a wonderful upgrade and the Geek Squad was very helpful transferring files and installing new apps on it.

The computer is great! The speed is terrific and the colours are bright and the images are clear and crisp. Fits well in my small space.

Needed to replace a computer with Windows 10 that could not be updated to Windows 11. Very happy with my choice. It is a newer version of my old computer but more powerful. The picture quality is awesome. Crisp and sharp picture. Set up was fairly easy with one exception. The paper intended as th quick set up guide did not explain that the mini connection needed to wirelessly connect the keyboard and mouse was inside the mouse. The guide should make it clear that it needed to be removed from inside the mouse and placed into one of the computer USB slots.

I love it. The large screen and clarity has helped me with seeing all I need to see and be able to keep all things on the screen. I like the set up with the icons and the ease of bringing certain things up as I work. I really appreciate all that I am able to on this computer.

Great so far, tutorial helps tremendously. Have not purchase a PC in decades. Lots of new icons and updates. My other HP crashed and this one is so breath taking. I started back taking classes again after 2 decades just wanted to test the water. I for sure needed reliable tools on this journey. I am so happy I stepped out on faith and it has been so rewarding . Love HP also have a HP laser printer that I have had for over a decade looks brand new works brand new. Thank you HP and Best Buy!

Does just what I wanted. Easy to set up and a joy to use.

Good product but Geek Squad not much help. Bought it at Best Buy because of Geek Squad. Couldn't get started without a Microsoft pass word. {Which I did not have, Never did that I know of) Working ok now without the pass word, Had to hire local computer tec to get it working. Wireless mouse didn't work and had to purchase a wired mouse.

I love this computer. I love it is all in one. The screen is so big. It saves room with all in one. It is so easy to set it up. The price was great. I would say buy it you will not regret it.

Works very well and fast. Have had it for several weeks and I am very satisfied. Geek squad set up and support were as usual excellent. I had a HP desktop before and had good almost 12 years service so decided go HP again with larger desktop. You do not go wrong with HP.

I love my new computer. It is fast and so very easy to use. I also like the keyboard and mouse. They have no cords attached to this computer. Al;so, the people at Best Buy were so nice and did such a great job in moving my files to the new computer. I highly recommend buying your next computer from Best Buy!!

I love my new computer, however I am experiencing serious issues with many of my files. I believe this is due to the transition to Windows 11 and not the computer. My one complaint about the computer is that I am old and it comes with no instructions about the changes for the Dell Inspiron I had. Help is not very helpful -- it refers me to a chat with others that have similar issues many of which do not match mine. I also often do not understand the terminology in the instructions and suggestions are often not identical to what is directed. I am very good at creating documents, but not good at all about the technology related to the equipment. I always have a home visit from the Geek Squad when I get new equipment installed or have serious issue. I have also used the remote help. I am not a fan of that. Many of those technicians are difficult to understand, poor communicators and very impatient. On three occasions the remote techs have taken control of my computer and made mistakes which I have to then arrange for an in-home visit by a Geek Squad tech to resolve the issue.
