Great unit. Easy to set up. Good memory. Liked that it pulled data from old PC I am replacing with minimal intervention.

I love my new All in One Desk Top Computer. It is so easy to use and the adjustable height feature worked out just great for me. I also love that I no longer need a tower and have more room in my desk.

I have had multiple challenges with this device. Which has led to ~2 hours of virtual Geek Squad support. Keyboard stops working intermittently usually at start up or idle. Would happen at least once daily. Tech support says it was part of the Windows 11 update from a month ago. Thankfully, that has not continued since Tech support ~ 2 days ago. Screen blinks black intermittently. This has continued even after Tech Support. Computer has shut down by itself 3 times in the 2 weeks that I have had it. I DO have it running on a surge protector with backup-battery, which did keep me connected with a power outage. So these self shutdowns are not apparently do to external power problems. This computer seems to run more slowly than my last computer which was not as powerful and did not have as much memory. I still get the running/waiting circle quite often, even since Tech support.

Great so far, tutorial helps tremendously. Have not purchase a PC in decades. Lots of new icons and updates. My other HP crashed and this one is so breath taking. I started back taking classes again after 2 decades just wanted to test the water. I for sure needed reliable tools on this journey. I am so happy I stepped out on faith and it has been so rewarding . Love HP also have a HP laser printer that I have had for over a decade looks brand new works brand new. Thank you HP and Best Buy!

I mistakenly bought a larger screen than I intended but am glad I did. Can easily read even from a distance. Love the height adjustment! It is so easy to use. Still learning all there is to know about this new computer but am happy with every new trick I learn.

I love this desktop! Great for school work, my kids to use and for work! Great screen and easy to use!

Very easy to use,, it really listens to what you say. I can't remember if it was AI or co-pilot but it kept saying things asking me if I wanted to do this. I had enough and i SAID i WISH YOU WOULD leave me alone. It said ok but if you need me I am here. End of problem

Great experience with this purchase... I was meet in the sales area by two salesmen who were most knowledgeable in directing me to the correct purchase for my computer needs... I can't be more pleased with the purchase and the easy setup!!!

The setup was easy and quick. Screen clarity is good, processing speed is good, and touch screen responds well. Very happy with this computer.

The computer is wonderful. The salesmen was fine however, the process of copying the data from our laptop to the all in one did not go as expected . The geek squad member we dropped our lap top off with was a bit rude and the one that returned it to us had no intention of helping us activate our info once transferred. Although I figured it out it was not what we were told would happen when we paid extra $200. Also when we picked up our new computer the person at the desk demanded identification which we didn’t have with us requiring us to find the salesman to verify us. I even had the sales receipt on my phone and when I tried to show it to him he refused to even look at it.

Amazing. This PC is absolutely amazing, the 27 inch touch screen offers a very efficient way to perform your job in an easy manner. Definitely worth it!

I love my new computer, however I am experiencing serious issues with many of my files. I believe this is due to the transition to Windows 11 and not the computer. My one complaint about the computer is that I am old and it comes with no instructions about the changes for the Dell Inspiron I had. Help is not very helpful -- it refers me to a chat with others that have similar issues many of which do not match mine. I also often do not understand the terminology in the instructions and suggestions are often not identical to what is directed. I am very good at creating documents, but not good at all about the technology related to the equipment. I always have a home visit from the Geek Squad when I get new equipment installed or have serious issue. I have also used the remote help. I am not a fan of that. Many of those technicians are difficult to understand, poor communicators and very impatient. On three occasions the remote techs have taken control of my computer and made mistakes which I have to then arrange for an in-home visit by a Geek Squad tech to resolve the issue.

Great home computer, easy setup, and fast as I need it

I got it as a gift and I absolutely love it. The set up was easy, which is great. The color Is beautiful and it’s a good screen size I just love it

Needed to replace a computer with Windows 10 that could not be updated to Windows 11. Very happy with my choice. It is a newer version of my old computer but more powerful. The picture quality is awesome. Crisp and sharp picture. Set up was fairly easy with one exception. The paper intended as th quick set up guide did not explain that the mini connection needed to wirelessly connect the keyboard and mouse was inside the mouse. The guide should make it clear that it needed to be removed from inside the mouse and placed into one of the computer USB slots.

This is a great desktop computer. I moved from Apple over to HP because of affodability and wasn't disapointed in this purchase. I recommend this computer to anyone wanting to make the switch. I am a part time graphic designer running heavy graphics programs without issue.

Very easy to set up and start working, Big clear screen is nice.

This is a beautiful desktop PC. I absolutely love the design, and the touchscreen feature is very smooth and responsive. Overall, it’s a very nice PC and a pleasure to use. However, the only downside I’ve noticed so far is an issue with standby mode. When the PC is left on and goes into standby, it doesn’t wake up when I click the mouse, press the keyboard, or even touch the screen. The only way to get it working again is to unplug the power cable and plug it back in to restart the system, which can be quite frustrating and inconvenient. If there is a way to bypass or fix this standby issue, it would greatly improve the experience. Apart from this problem, everything else about the PC is great.
