Needed to replace a computer with Windows 10 that could not be updated to Windows 11. Very happy with my choice. It is a newer version of my old computer but more powerful. The picture quality is awesome. Crisp and sharp picture. Set up was fairly easy with one exception. The paper intended as th quick set up guide did not explain that the mini connection needed to wirelessly connect the keyboard and mouse was inside the mouse. The guide should make it clear that it needed to be removed from inside the mouse and placed into one of the computer USB slots.

My all-in-one HP was perfect for my granddaughter. It provided her with everything she needed to finish her senior year in high school.

This is a great desktop computer. I moved from Apple over to HP because of affodability and wasn't disapointed in this purchase. I recommend this computer to anyone wanting to make the switch. I am a part time graphic designer running heavy graphics programs without issue.

The HP All in One is an excellent computer. The 27” monitor makes it very easy to read the emails & other things. The price was quite reasonable at $999.99 and even better with a Price Match of $849.99.

Very easy to set up and start working, Big clear screen is nice.

This All In One computer is not only space saving, but it is over and above what we expected. It's speed is fast and viewing on the 27 inch screen is perfect.

Love what I chose. Perfect computer for me. So easy to find what I am looking for. It just fits in my life. I had trouble getting the printer to print, but a few clicks and I got it. Easy to operate.

Very capable computing power. Sleek design definitely reduced space required by previous desk top. Screen size is very nice.

This is a beautiful desktop PC. I absolutely love the design, and the touchscreen feature is very smooth and responsive. Overall, it’s a very nice PC and a pleasure to use. However, the only downside I’ve noticed so far is an issue with standby mode. When the PC is left on and goes into standby, it doesn’t wake up when I click the mouse, press the keyboard, or even touch the screen. The only way to get it working again is to unplug the power cable and plug it back in to restart the system, which can be quite frustrating and inconvenient. If there is a way to bypass or fix this standby issue, it would greatly improve the experience. Apart from this problem, everything else about the PC is great.

This is one of the best All-In-One Computers I have ever had. Super easy to use. I love that I can adjust the screen to move it up or down. It's also a touch screen, nice feature. Lots of memory to store all my favorite pictures & videos. I definitely will buy this brand again!

Windows 11 working well. The All In One saves our limited space. The current chip is fast.

The HP-27" computer is exactly what I wanted. The screen delivers bright colors with outstanding clarity. It is light weight and does not take up much space. Also, it is easy to use.

This computer fits my needs. I use it for at home files, spreadsheets, docs, and more. It is a great size and so easy to use. I make tons of spreadsheets as an independent contractor so it is a good fit for me. I do recommend this computer.

Good product but Geek Squad not much help. Bought it at Best Buy because of Geek Squad. Couldn't get started without a Microsoft pass word. {Which I did not have, Never did that I know of) Working ok now without the pass word, Had to hire local computer tec to get it working. Wireless mouse didn't work and had to purchase a wired mouse.

We had the same system before and were very pleased so we bought again. Our older one was purchased 8 years ago and the price was the same that we paid this time also.

It works great great screen all in one is so much nicer was just installed today by geek squad & working great so far would recommend this computer & geek squad very friendly to use

I love this computer. My husband purchased this for me for our anniversary and its perfect. The monitor size is excellent....i can finally SEE whats on the screen. Looks wonderful in my office.

I love my new computer. It is fast and so very easy to use. I also like the keyboard and mouse. They have no cords attached to this computer. Al;so, the people at Best Buy were so nice and did such a great job in moving my files to the new computer. I highly recommend buying your next computer from Best Buy!!
