This was a nice upgrade from my 6 year old Dell desktop. Set-up was pretty straightforward, although there were NO instructions for setting up the stand - a bit of trial and error involved there. The learning curve from Windows 10 to Windows 11 wasn't hard. So far my only criticism is that all the USB ports are on the rear of the 'monitor' and therefore inaccessible for everyday use - who thought that was a good idea?

There’s a definite learning curve when you get a new computer! This one is no exception. I’ve lost several items due to its quick action! I love it, though! Sleek, large screen and got it on sale! What more can I ask for?

I bought this computer to replace the one I bought about 10 years ago. The old one is still working, but I wanted something faster with brighter colors. It was also time to update Microsoft word, etc., so it made sense to update on a new computer. I like all-in-one touch-screen myself, but I know it is not for everyone. The cat walks by, swishes her tale and my screen changes sometimes. You get used to it!

The HP- 27" touch screen all in one is just what I needed. I wanted a larger screen and better keyboard than laptops provide. My one complaint is that Best Buy wanted me to purchase a virus software, when there was already one preload on the system.

We've been very pleased with this purchase. Needed and upgrade and we are very happy with the performance of this model.

Sometimes it is slow to start up/wake up and will sleep in 30 sec of no movement even though I turned the sleep mode up to 3 min.

I love the big screen . I am still learning windows 11, but so far i love it. I highly recommend my new computer. It is easy to use and i am very happy with it

love my brand new all in one touch screen, very happy with my purchase. The help I received at best buy was fantastic, I went to my local best buy and did not have the greatest customer service so drove to San Bernardino location, and unfortunately, I forgot the young man's name, but he was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and fast to check me out. Overall love my Hp All in One Touchscreen definitely recommend!

Good graphics and was easy to set up. Does not take up a lit of space.

I am very pleased with the reliability and functions within this AOI computer. The touch screen is effective and fun! I work long hours from home using Zoom and other platforms for therapy sessions. It is very user friendly and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This is great. The touch screen is the best. I love this new all in one computer. Screen is large and bright. Easy to set up. Doesn't take very long.

bought as a gift for my dad who was using a 20 year old computer. He loves it, doesnt have to squint at a 15 inch screen anymore. Has all the power he needs for facebook, emails, and security cameras.

It makes my school work much easier to accomplish when i am going back in forth between assignments

Bought 2 of these for our fire department. Quick startup, easy to setup, sleek look and small footprint for small workstation areas. Great buy!

I could not be happier with this computer. The SSD opposed to the HDD makes all the difference in the world. I have always used Intel but with Ryzen I haven't experienced any setbacks. I recommend this computer to anyone looking to upgrade.

I was not sure about this ail-in-one but was within my cost level so I tried. I am glad I did. It has a great picture, easy set-up once I figured out Windows 11. LOL I am happy with my purchase.

Very happy so far. Love the large screen. Much faster than 8-year-old computer. The HP Smart Tank Plus works very well too.

27 inch screen is great. data transfer ftom old machine very helpful. replaced keyboard and mouse with those from my old computer as they disconnected several times after an update. keyboard has no reconnect botton. overall the new hp computer works very well

I purchased the computer about 6 weeks ago. I held off reviewing the purchase because it took me, at 70+ years old, some time to become accustomed to a computer with so many new and improved features. The more I use the computer, the more I like it. I haven't needed to enlist the help of the Best Buy Geek squad, but I know that if needed, they will be there to support me as they have in the past.
