Logged into my Microsoft account and everything was moved over to the new computer. Love the adjustable height and big screen. I will replace the keyboard with a backlit keyboard, only because I work in the dark.

I used an hp in the past and the greatness of that is all of my previous data(photos, projects and etc.) transferred easily. I didnt lose anything. It also works well for gaming too if you want to use for those purposes.

Which has led to ~2 hours of virtual Geek Squad support. Keyboard stops working intermittently usually at start up or idle. Would happen at least once daily. Tech support says it was part of the Windows 11 update from a month ago. Thankfully, that has not continued since Tech support ~ 2 days ago. Screen blinks black intermittently. This has continued even after Tech Support. Computer has shut down by itself 3 times in the 2 weeks that I have had it. I DO have it running on a surge protector with backup-battery, which did keep me connected with a power outage. So these self shutdowns are not apparently do to external power problems. This computer seems to run more slowly than my last computer which was not as powerful and did not have as much memory. I still get the running/waiting circle quite often, even since Tech support.

Three weeks from purchase and it won’t start up

It has much more memory than than the old one. My first disappointment was discovering that the only USB ports are on the back of the screen. This screen is heavy and difficult to turn around. Then, within 3 weeks of purchase, it suddenly started sounding beeps and alarms when trying to boot up. It’s too heavy and awkward to drag back and forth to Best Buy, so I’m waiting on a visit from Geek Squad. Now I wish I’d gotten a tower with separate screen.
