HP All in One

This all- in- one is a great screen, perfect size for my desk and was easy to install. A good Best Buy Sale made it even better. We buy all our computers at Best Buy to take advantage of pricing and Geek service.

It is fast and compatible with Pinnacle Studio and Photoshop. Got the blue recovery screen once and my support team was not giving necessary walk through advise.

Three weeks from purchase and it won’t start up

It has much more memory than than the old one. My first disappointment was discovering that the only USB ports are on the back of the screen. This screen is heavy and difficult to turn around. Then, within 3 weeks of purchase, it suddenly started sounding beeps and alarms when trying to boot up. It’s too heavy and awkward to drag back and forth to Best Buy, so I’m waiting on a visit from Geek Squad. Now I wish I’d gotten a tower with separate screen.

Our old computer was almost 20 years old. A real upgrade.
