From Good To Better

The SSD opposed to the HDD makes all the difference in the world. I have always used Intel but with Ryzen I haven't experienced any setbacks. I recommend this computer to anyone looking to upgrade.

Organization Computer

The computer will be used to catalog historical items and be used by a number of our members. It connected to my network without issues when I was prepping it. We met where the computer will remain and the POC of our organization praised how easy it was to use and the fact that it was also a touch screen. Highly recommend this computer - even if you have kids as it is so easy to use.

Three weeks from purchase and it won’t start up

It has much more memory than than the old one. My first disappointment was discovering that the only USB ports are on the back of the screen. This screen is heavy and difficult to turn around. Then, within 3 weeks of purchase, it suddenly started sounding beeps and alarms when trying to boot up. It’s too heavy and awkward to drag back and forth to Best Buy, so I’m waiting on a visit from Geek Squad. Now I wish I’d gotten a tower with separate screen.
