Mouse drifts when first starting up and takes several minutes to work properly. Not sure why this occurs. I am happy with the overall product as well as what I paid for it

It is so streamline and the large screen makes it so much easier for me to see. It was a great value also, happy with the price. The keyboard is a good size and very quiet. I would nover buy another style computer. I also bought a printer that is compact, but has all the abilities. I will be buying a large screen TV in the near future. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable about which one would meet my needs. Thank you Best Buy!

The screen is larger and images crisper. It is very fast at the tasks I ask of it too. It is a pleasure to work with it.

It it easy to navigate through the websites. Also, I find it is easy to print from numerous devises. The setup was a snap for a person who is self-taught on a computer. For the tasks needed it was a great fit and at a great price. We reviewed the open package in store and Geek Squad found dongle for keyboard and mouse missing - so they replaced those. The manager in Computers was really great.
