Great computer! This replaced our last HP that broke (my own fault) and is lightning fast. The clarity of the screen is sharp and it does everything you would expect.

I bought this 27" HP all-in-one desktop PC to replace my old Dell all-in-one desktop PC. I had purchased the Dell back in 2016 and for the last few years, it kept running slower and slower, taking longer to complete any tasks. Also, the old Dell was running Windows 10; their support officially ended on October 14, 2025. So I would no longer receive free security updates, feature updates, or technical assistance. I initially looked at the Dell PC at my local Best Buy, but wasn't thrilled with the way the stand looked. After checking out the HP, I opted to go with it instead. I've had the new HP all-in-one for about a month now, and I couldn't be happier! It turns on faster, and I can complete all tasks much faster as well.

Its a good computer. Its fast, has a lot of storage, a large touch screen with vibrant colors and even a retractable webcam

This computer is terrific! The large screen is perfect for spreadsheets, browsing and most of all watching movies. It’s very fast & easy to use.

Excellent - but I got it in the 24" screen! I originally wanted the 27" but it could not fit into the space on my desk. I went back to the gracious and accommodating staff at Best Buy on Rainbow in Las Vegas and they made sure I got the correct size. It is a terrific PC! Fast and reliable so far! I am really pleased with the quality of ALLL my purchases at Best Buy. The care and assistance is awesome!

love this new computer. Screen is large and easily readable. The system is very fast between sites. I get things done much faster. It also works on wi fi so no plug in is required.

Easy to hookup and makes work much easier to see on the big monitor

This system is very easy to use . I was so surprised how easy it was to take it out of the box and plug it right in. I am really pleased how simpler than it used to be and also that the Modem is built I so you have less clutter on your desk. Absolutely love this system and also it’s features like face recognition and that’s a touchscreen as well. I would recommend this to anyone.

Replaced an eight year old all-in-one. The new all-in-one has been a positive experience. It is much faster booting up and accessing programs and data. It has a larger screen which I like much better. It has fewer USB port that I have to increase. But I like the new HP all-in-one much better. It was also in stock at Best Buy so no ordering was required.

Very easy to set up. I love the larger screen. It is very User Friendly and fast. So far, I love it.

This computer has great, vivid color and you can use touch scree or key board. Really good oversized screen . You can have several items open and easily access without having to take up space that dual screens would. Has really good memory as well. Geek Squad has been absolutely amazing and helpful from purchase to set-up! Highly recommend!

Enjoying my new computer. It is an excellent upgrade from my previous computer. I am still learning about many new features on this computer.

While i believe the choice depends on the user's specific tasks but the specifications of these computer guarantees for light browsing and satisfies office work expectations. Aside from its powerful computers, these applies also of its wider range of capabilities and efficiencies for demanding professional, creative, or enthusiast applications.

I’ve really enjoyed using the HP 27" Touch-Screen All-in-One. The large touchscreen, sleek Jet Black design, and adjustable height make it super comfortable for both work and everyday use. The AMD Ryzen 7, 16GB of memory, and 1TB SSD give it plenty of storage and power for multitasking, and overall it runs very smoothly. My only minor downside is that every now and then it feels a bit slow, even when I don’t have many apps or windows open. It’s not a constant issue, but noticeable enough to mention. Aside from that, it’s a great computer with excellent features and value. I’d definitely recommend it for home or office use!
