I love this computer! The set up was super simple. The performance is outstanding! It's fast and reliable. The screen is amazingly clear and big! The touch acreen is super convenient! Overall an excellent purchase.

Fast, clear and love the screen ability to move up and down

My new computer is extremely fast. The color reproduction is excellent. its an all in one computer with no large computer on the floor on the floor to go with a separate monitor. I wish there were more contained USB ports on the unit. I needed to purchase a separate CD/DVD recorder player as none is contained in the basic unit.

My wife said, "It's about time" when I made this purchase. I'm glad I did. I brought is computer during a Memorial Day sale for a fabulous price. The sales person was very knowledgeable. The set up was easy. I did have to learn the new features of Windows 11 transitioning from an older version. I really like the large screen, and my wife likes fewer cords being on the floor with this Alll In One model. This processor is really fast too. Maybe it's about time you upgraded too.

Other than asking for white and receiving black ... lol, I'm thrilled with this computer. It's so FAST and has so much memory -- I hadn't known how much better things could get from my old computer.

I'm an HP fan and have stuck with this brand over the past several years. I needed a smaller footprint for my computer, due to a small desk, and went to this all-in-one. I'm still learning the limitations of a touch screen (why the one-less star) as I much prefer just mousing through my computer programs. I'm also not excited about having the USP ports in the back of the monitor, so have hooked up a couple USB extensions to use "out front" for such things as my flash drives. Overall, this computer is the usual, superb computer that I expect from HP!

Our old computer grew sluggish and stoggy , so we decided to try this one . Great deal and easy terms . And this computer does things we couldn't have concieved of ! Tech marches on and we got ahold of some . Wonderful!

Exactly what I wanted. Streamlined into one piece of equipment. Love the ability to go touch screen, wireless or wired keyboard/mouse.

So far everything is great, much faster than our old computer, easy to use and everything is much easier to see. The Geek Squad did a great job in getting all our info on to the new compute and helping us install the new office 365, Thanks

I bought hp desktop computer for my son he is autistic and he really likes it. It's very good and easy to install.

Very easy to use,, it really listens to what you say. I can't remember if it was AI or co-pilot but it kept saying things asking me if I wanted to do this. I had enough and i SAID i WISH YOU WOULD leave me alone. It said ok but if you need me I am here. End of problem

We purchased the HP 27" touch screen computer and the fan failed the first week. We took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it and rebooted all the data within three days. Great service. The present computer is working fine and we enjoy the large screen and the latest windows 11 programs, but we are still learning.

Great experience with this purchase... I was meet in the sales area by two salesmen who were most knowledgeable in directing me to the correct purchase for my computer needs... I can't be more pleased with the purchase and the easy setup!!!

Best one I've owned yet, it's very fast and easy to use. I really like the big screen and the easy up and down movement. Good quality computer.

Love the clear picture and ease of using. My wife really loves it. We bought it because it has a larger screen than her old one and it is an HP which she never wants to get another brand. Berry is the Geek Squad person that helped install the hardware. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

awesome product. works perfect for all in one. easy touch screen its very quick with processing and it is easy to assemble.

Started right up out of the box. Had to make just a few changes. Like any new change to software, it takes a little while to find everything as they like to move things around. Excellent screen - don't need my glasses most of time. Speed is great but I don't do a lot of games. Was a great buy.

So rapid in opening and bringing up apps whereas, our old computer was in snail mode! Just love it:)!! No more waiting minutes before turning on and wasting our time being frustrated, thank you!

The sales associate helped me choose a computer that would be good for what I do at work. He recommended the AMD Ryzen 7 over the Intel processor. Hooked up the PC at home and is working excellent. Love this computer.
