Positive feedback also highlights the clarity and resolution, along with the inclusion of HDMI and VGA ports. Perfect 32" Monitor Working from Home

Excellent 32" monitor for "working from home" ... I purchased two of these for my 65" wide desk so I can sit 3 feet back and still read my coding, spreadsheets, etc. I'm not a game player, so I have no opinion on refresh rates and those technicalities, but for business work, these screens are perfect.

I was skeptical about buying a non Apple display to hook up to my MacBook but I saw this on sale and decide to give it a try and this bad boy did not disappoint! Perfect timing as well I bought it right before the COVID pandemic and couldn’t image working from home using my laptop without a monitor.

Band down screen with distorted color

Screen was aesthetically pleasing and was purchased on sale for a great price, but there was a large band going down the screen where the color was distorted. Photo show image from my laptop and the one from this monitor. It also took up a lot of space. Even with the monitor completely push all the way back, it still stuck out quite a bit from the wall, taking up a lot of room on my desk. I returned & bought a different monitor with a smaller footprint.

Big, bright and minimalist—it's a winner

This monitor is a big, no-frills, plug-and-play joy to use. The monitor comes packed in a styrofoam clamshell within a full-color corrugated cardboard box, complete with its stand, instruction book, and power and HDMI cables. It's intuitively easy to set up, and within a few minutes of slicing open the tape on the box, I was slicing into enemies in a video game. There are connections on the back for 2 HDMI cables, VGA cable, and power. Video, still images and 3-D games all look excellent. The panel is plenty bright for a sunlit room, and making adjustments to settings is easy. The adjustment menus are intuitive and utilize a few hardware buttons on the bottom-right lip of the monitor for navigation. I need to repeat that it's BIG, even with somewhat small bezels, at 31.5 inches diagonal width, so make sure you can sit at least a couple feet away or it might end up looking a bit pixelated. Seriously, at this size, add some speakers (like from a laptop you hook it to) and this thing can replace a small bedroom TV when not in use as a monitor. It's certainly lightweight enough to carry around the house to pull double duty, Even though it's big, it's relatively easy to adjust the position. The monitor is only adjustable on a 2-D plane, basically tilting forward or backward, but the motion is smooth and it stays put once adjusted. . Two small quibbles here: 1. At this size, you might be better served by a higher resolution, especially if you're seated at a small desk. I haven't had any problems with it sitting a couple feet away. 2. After a few days of use, my monitor slid off the attachment to the base. It may be that I didn't seat it well enough the first time, because I haven't had any trouble since. Just make sure you push just right when seating the base attachment.

I have owned many large monitors, but this massive 32 inch beast takes the cake. This thin monitor has VGA and two HDMI ports to connect your CPU. I was impressed with the clear, bright picture and did not notice any blurring during gaming. I did have to push it back a little so I could see the whole screen at once. I would recommend this monitor to anyone who wants a thin, massive viewing area while not sacrificing image quality.

Quality 1080P monitor that only supports HDMI

The HP 32f is a great value monitor for anybody wanting good quality large screen in an ultra slim package. The monitor puts out 1080p and has crystal clear vibrant images. It would be nice if the monitor was 4K but those are usually higher end monitors. The monitor has a far deal of customizations and let’s you make precise changes to color, contrast, and so much more. The monitor has two HDMI inputs which works with all consoles and most computers. It would have been nice to see a Thunderbolt 3/Display point but this is not a huge deal. The monitor has a ridged metal stand that insures the monitor will stay in your desired position and sits firmly on your desk. This is perfect for your child’s gaming computer or for work or business. The 31.5 inches of screen space allow for split screen and multitasking to be done effortlessly. Overall the monitor is of a good build quality and packs a lot of value in a small unit. I used it in my scenario to mostly game with a PS4 pro which did a great job but I prefer my 4k gaming monitor instead when it comes down to true screen quality.

I was excited pairing this monitor to my HP desktop. As this was somewhat larger than the computer, I was hoping to utilize it more on certain projects. What an amazing device! At 31.5 inches, 1080p screen, this is a remarkable monitor for the price. Pros: -Easy set up: so the monitor is not too heavy as I removed it out of the box. Along with the power cord, you simply connect the stand and the monitor is ready to go. It also came with an HDMI cable so it saves you the trouble of having to go and purchase one yourself. -screen quality: again, full HdD 1080p screen in a 3-.5 in monitor provided such a beautiful and amazing images. It is brighter than my HP computer and nice crisp images. I played a few movies and surfed the web with great picture quality. Cons: -the button position: there are 3 buttons located at the bottom right under the screen. To access it proved to be a challenge as I was fumbling around on how to adjust my screen quality. I wished they had place it in the side so you can see which button was what. This was my only con for the entire device. Neutral: -size: I knew what I was getting myself into when I got this monitor. I now required a new and larger desk to accommodate both my computer and monitor. Overall, I am thoroughly enjoying the monitor. I believe I will be using this as my primary screen when I use my computer. Great product and again, thank you for providing an HDMI cable!

Great monitor for everyday use. It’s a 32" monitor with a small bezel. Check the pic for different resolution options on this monitor. It has 2 HDMI ports and a VGA port. Had a desktop connected to one of the HDMI ports and a microsoft Miracast on the other HDMI port, and had no issues casting my laptop screen on this display. It has different viewing mode settings based on what you are doing i.e. movie, bluelight (I liked this setting), game, reading mode, night mode, etc. check the pic for viewing modes that you can choose from. Played some movies, games, videos to test different applications. Was impressed with the movie mode settings but was a little disappointed with gaming mode. The refresh rate (only 60Hz) is not the best for gaming and this monitor is definitely not built for extreme gaming. I like the tilt function (25deg backward or forward) on the monitor and my only complaint is that it doesn't have the mounting holes for a wall mount or a monitor stand. Overall this is a good budget monitor for everyday use and I recommend it based on the value it offers for its price.

Thin, edge to edge style 1080p

If you are looking for a large monitor with a simplistic thin design, this monitor fits that bill. They state it is “Virtually edge-to-edge panel”, and with the glass going to the edge it looks as such, but there is a ½ inch border under the glass all the way around. The top portion of the monitor is only ¼ inch thick, but the stand is 9 inches deep. There are no other mounting options that I can tell as the stand snaps in and has a single screw. It doesn’t raise, but it does tilt. If you are looking for anything technically advanced, there are better options. This monitor is Full HD (1920x1080) at 60hz and if you are using this as a standard desk monitor you will notice the pixels. However, if you are a couple feet away, it is not as bad. This is fairly common for any display of this size that is only 1080p. There are three inputs, with two HDMI and one VGA. I found it odd that DisplayPort or DVI aren’t an option, but this still allows you to switch between the three inputs. As soon as I hooked it up, my computer recognized it as an HP 32F and defaulted to the native resolution. The first thing I noticed, as I have a black background, is that edge lighting is really noticeable at any angle. After messing with the settings, I was able to reduce the effect of the light bleed with the dynamic contrast enabled. Another issue is the supposed anti-glare panel that is supposed to reduce and reflections yet I can easily see myself on a dark screen and just the glare of a light is noticeable compared to my 65” TV (pictured). For the size, if you are just looking for a display and aren’t concerned for reading text or you are going to be sitting a couple feet away, this one is nice and the refresh rate is faster than most TVs this size.

This is a huge screen compared to my prior monitor. So far it works well. It was very easy to set up and came with HDMI cable for easy connection to PC. It was also a great deal, price well below smaller size monitors, although it may not have all the bells and whistles as those.

This is a great entry level monitor. It has two HTMI and one VGA input ports. Simple and easy plug and play setup. Plug and Play: It works once I plus in and boot up. However my system didn't automatic search and download the HP driver. It works with the standard windows monitor driver. I have to get into the HP support site to download the driver. The HP drive provide more control on the system display Control Panel. It let you adjust the monitor setting throught software. The HP software is a tool that help you fine tune your monitor visually. Good Looking: The monitor got a nice thin design that looks pretty high tech. The screen size is a bit too big for just 1080 resolution. I tend to see pixels on photos and fonts edges. It maybe just I have a very cryticle trained eyes. Anyway if you keep your eye balls 3 feet or mor away. Everything looks fine. You also can play around with the menu (which there are 4 buttons at the left side of the on/off on the bottom edge of the monitor) to adjust the monitor setting. I found that there are few preset modes under the Color Control/Viewing Modes/ are pretty easy and helpful. Save me a lot of time instead playing around with different setting. Decent Quility: This monitor produce desent color. Not as rich as some higher end monitors. But good enough for most people. And color is pretty accurate and real. Not like some other brand anme that use software to enhance the color and making the color too rich or unreal. Yet this monitor have the HP Enhance+ mode inside the viewing mModes that doing the similar thing. That's not my cup of tea or taste. On the other hand, I found that the contract of this monitor seem a bit low. Especially the black is not rich. But for that price level I shouldn't complain. No Audio Output: The only draw back for this monitor is that it got zero audio support . No headphone jack. Sometimes the system are sending the visual and audio signal through the HTMI together which it's pretty standard for most device controller. I have to go to the audio control to swtch my audio signal from 32f monitor(which not audio) to the system audio (headphone) output. It's kind of confused. Conclusion: HP - 31.5" IPS LED FHD Monitor is pretty good entry level monitor. It's easy to use and got decent quility. In term of value, it definately doesn't worth $300 like bestbuy labeled. However I got it for $160 when Bestbuy got a promotion before xMas. It's a pretty good price for a 32" monitor. I definalety will reconmend it for people just need a nice big entry level monitor. I am hoping I will enjoy it years to come.

The monitor is perfect for my needs. I have dual screens at work to assist with multitasking but I don’t have the space at home for that. This monitor was the perfect solution plus it was more cost effective at the sale price of $189. It even came with an HDMI cord which saved me the time and hassle of having to buy one or request a docking station from work. The screen is HD 1080p which gives me great clarity. The display is overall awesome. It’s everything I needed & more!!!

This massive monitor has been a blessing to my ever worsen eyesight. The picture quality is great for the intended purpose and that is for work. Its not a gaming monitor so don't get disappointed if you are not getting the refresh rates or resolution your game requires. The one knock I have is that it has to use the stand it comes with. There is no way to attach it to a wall mount or monitor arm to get it off your desktop. But my desk is rather big so it wasn't that big a deal for me. Setup was easy the PC recognized the monitor. It has a VGA port if your PC is still old school and HDMI port for you newer school people.
