Amazing Bang for Buck
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros - Good colors from the IPS panel and refresh rate - Great bang for buck price. Monitors with similar specs are typically $300-$400, but this was $280 then dropped to $200. A STEAL for this price! - Came with cable Cons - Fairly large bottom bezel

Great monitor
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great value if you get it on sale. I use this for Xbox Series X and play games like Witcher 3, Fifa, and Fortnite. Fyi You have to enable 120fps on both the Xbox console settings and on some games settings like Fortnite for the monitor to actually run at 120 fps. But this is true with any monitor. Fifa does not run or look well, a lot of stuttering but I think the game itself is just not optimized both visually and for higher framerates.

HP 31.5 IPS QHD 165Hz Gaming monitor
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price I paid ($200 on sale) this monitor checks all the boxes for gaming. HDMI/Displayport both run at 165Hz at 1080p or 1440p with no issues. Using a RTX 3090 to power it. I was surprised how little backlight bleed it has for being an IPS screen. My screen was the BOE panel after checking the serial #. It has zero dead pixels and the colors are actually quite sharp. Text is easy to read for myself, but your mileage may vary (YMMV). So far this monitor was definitely a steal for $200. Now it does come with a height adjustable stand and it does allow tilting but no pivoting. The stand is very balanced as well, so bumping a desk won't tip it over. The monitor also has VESA mounting 100mm x 100mm. A nice feature also is that it does not have a sperate power brick so you can save more space. The screen is Matte; not glossy. There are no speakers. The bezels are very thin on the sides and top. I am very happy with the monitor price/looks/performance. If you can find on sale you get a premium monitor at a budget price.

Amazing Monitor
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Oh, this piece of fine machinery has been nothing but amazing, 1440p at 144hz? Smooth as butter on my Xbox Series X, Ultra High Speed HDMI cable supports 4k at 120hz, so my xbox puts this monitor to the test, and it passes with flying colors

Open Box Woes
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good.. but not great. I bought this monitor open box to save myself some money over buying new, unfortunately what I received was a monitor with a dead pixel. It was not enough of an annoyance to make me return it, but it irks me every time I glance across the screen and find that bright green dot. Open box “excellent” was not an accurate description of what I received.

Wish it was better
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The good The display was very responsive. Fairly good colors. The ugly Local dimming was only something like 3 blocks of the screen. The blacks were pretty grey. The bad I was the unlucky one to get a bad unit. A day after I got it, the HDMI port stopped working and the display port developed a flicker that started getting worse over the few months I owned it.

Huge Display, HDMI + Display Port, Love it!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is huge - at almost 32" it's the biggest monitor I have ever used. Don't be fooled by the box, which is about another 10" wider that the monitor. I'm using the X32 for my MacBook and my Gaming Laptop. The display is great. I'm getting 165Hz refresh via Display Port. I also want to let everyone know this IS height and tilt adjustable. The Best Buy website wasn't very clear that you could adjust both. Definitely recommended. I'd buy again but I couldn't fit two of them on my desk! Hahaha

Great image and refresh rate for the price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.IPS panel looks great, refresh rate is awesome, so I was wondering why was it so cheap? 32 in qhd at 144hz for $200? what a steal? but here come the cons: - Display port went out within a year of use, I used the monitor maybe twice a week for about 2 hours, and suddenly it stopped working, tried cable and pc on different monitors and they worked, so def this monitor failed, then the settings, you can NOT save your monitor settings, it resets everytime it shuts down or goes on energy saving mode, it’s so annoying because you can’t use it in a dim lit room, so you can’t do serious stuff like graphic design, CAD or photography, only good for basic tasks if you don’t mind the settings. So, I’ve had it for a year and a half, only able to use the hdmi and unable to save settings, for the price in mid 2022 it was great, but not on 2024. Save a little more and buy a benq or pretty much any other brand at this point.

Great performance, no unnecessary thrills
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor simply offers great performance with very little unnecessary extras. I switched from a 144 Hz 27” monitor and I am happy with the upgrade. I like the onboard buttons which are pretty intuitive to configure the settings, but the HP Omen software can be convenient to use.
