Bought monitor for wife as gift for new job

She works at a non-profit and was talking about how small her computer monitor was. So I got her a 32 inch monitor similar to size of monitor I have in my home office for tele-work job. She loves the monitor. It turned out to be a great purchase for her.

I also have the 27 inch version. I really like both of these monitors. Both monitors have 2 HDMI inputs and I have an Amazon Firestik connected to the 32 inch monitors 2nd port. I stream you Tube TV and I now have a live TV system as part of my set up.

Bad Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't buy any opened box from Best Buy. Our office bought two monitors in Dec 2021. We opened it just this year after having an office renovation. The first box was the correct size and accurate model. However, the graphics are not good. It's grainy. The second box has the wrong monitor and size (about 23") and is missing the mounting stand. Best Buy cannot help. We went to the store, we got into a chat too. But they just kept passing us to another department.
