    My previous printer, I used recycled toner from e-bay. It is OK for a while but has a problem as time goes on and drum needs to be cleaned. with a new printer, I decided to use genuine toner even though it is a little bit pricey. So far, the genuine toner has no problem with almost a year usage and I purchased 410X for a large amount and long-lasting.

    description stated this would be a direct replacement for my standard toner cartridge model # but it was not. Thankfully Best Buy allowed me to return it. switching over to generic brands off of amazon
