    Ok so the toner is the same. It works. The reason for the lower rating is HP putting a chip in the cartridge so other companies cannot remanufacture at a cheaper cost. I am used remanufactures toner for years and have never had a problem. HP's only reason for the chip is to restrict competition and not with the quality of the toner.
