    It was so easy to order and pick up at my nearest BB store. I had bought supposedly compatible equivalent elsewhere online and was terribly disappointed in the delivery (I think it came from China on a slow boat) and it was only compatible after you tinkered with removing and replacing a chip. And then the printer consistently warned of there not being enough ink. Bottom line, don't get the imitation--they're not worth it. Trust BB to give us the real thing.

    Works great so far. I started using the toner back in December 2020 and I haven't had to change it out yet. I print throughout the day, 3 days per week. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.
