    Received this as part of an online order, and the outside of the box appeared to have been opened. Considering the price, I asked for a replacement, which my local Best Buy arranged right away. So, even though it deserves lower rating for sending out an opened box in the first place, I'm giving 5 stars for excellent customer service.

    Always buy the original HP ink for laser printer. The printer sends info to ink levels so you can accurately know when to replace.
