Easy to install

Clear concise directions are given for installation into a laser printer. The empty cartridge can be recycled via of UPS free of charge with an enclosed shipping label.

Be sure to check the date on the box to see that it has not expired

48A toner for HP Lasetjet Printer/Copier/Scanner

I ordered a cartridge to be ready when I received the printer, and it comes with a cartridge. So I have a spare. And it is the correct one! And easy to set up and install, and recycle.

I called in a repeat order, getting the details from my previous purchase from your staff. We had my ink cartridge ordered and ready for pick up within 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who knew exactly why I was there. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. What a pleasure to work with a store that understands what customer service is all about. Thank you.

Stick with the genuine OEM brand

I tried some cheaper alternatives online and all they do is cause problems with your printer and they have short shelf lives. I won’t go back to generic brands anymore.
