I did not get very many copies printed before the ink ran out.

I bought this for my mother's printer & it performs well. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it's a bit finicky when installing to get it properly seated. I believe that's a problem with the printer rather than the ink cartridge, or it may be both!

The large black cartridge was perfect, however the small cartridge did not work. We were forced, due to time constraints, to go to another location and purchase a new one and were unable to return this one. Will probably not purchase on line any more, due to this occurring .

Once installed on your printer it will last roughly 45 days after that it will dry out and need to purchase another one. Excellent if you need to made 300+ plus copies in a day.

Pricey compared to just refilling cartridge. This cartridge is for a printer that has produced good results, but when printer dies will replace with printer that does not rely on cartridges, such as Epson.

We always keep a spare ink on hand. But our HP printer died leaving us with a useless cartridge since the new HP uses a different cartridge. The new HP on demand ink should solve that problem.

I still do some printing and I try black and white, but these printers need color ink and black ink to even print... So I guess if I have to buy Ink, this will work...

Finding ink for an older printer is not easy. Best Buy has always had it or has enabled me to order it online. A great service. And has delivered it to my home quickly.

This is the real HP brand ink, not an off-brand... so it does cost a little more, but your printer won't give you warnings about Genuine HP Cartridges, and they work great. More than I'd like to pay for what I get, but that's ink these days.

I've never had problems With this ink only thing is can be a little expensive check prices online and store to make sure they match up. Also, check other stores. Best Buy will price match. They're awesome.

We bought the 564 XL last time and this time we decided to try out the 564 2-pack to try to see which one lasts longer. It's also great that we saved 15% at Best Buy on HP ink. Works as advertised in my HP Printer.

I love shopping for my ink cartridges through Best Buy's website. Received my items within 2 days, received texts when they were shipped and delivered to my door by the minute. More than a satisfied customer!!!

My printer takes 2 different black toners. A large and a small and this pack seemed like it was going to be small since it did not have the XL on the box. Very disappointing and misleading packaging.

Ink cartridge just what I needed and otherwise was a bit hard to find thanks to others probably giving/getting printers for the holidays.

Yep, You get to little ink cartridges in each box of these. Now, if you are printing documents with only letters and not pictures, you can probably get a good 100 page word document with one cartridge.

I like this ink and am happy that I save 15% each time that I purchase it at Best Buy. Wish it wouldn't dry out so fast, but, one of the techs told me to print at least once a week so that they keep working!!

Better or same ink prices than other stores and I prefer buying in packs of 2 or more so buying here is convenient and affordable.

For my purposes, I think these double packs of bulk cartridges are a great buy. I personally Do NOT find that these cartridges run out any sooner then when I buy the black XL cartridges.

The ink cartridge works but I feel like the ink runs out too quickly especially when the printer does a preparation every time you haven't used the printer in a couple of days.

Does its job however I will say that inkjet cartridges are OVERPRICED there is no way this should cost 20-40 for black ink or for color upwards of 50-70 dollars...
