    HP Photosmart, wouldn't properly print black. used up half the ink trying to get it to work. On one occasion, following the printer troubleshooting steps on-line, the printer told me these were counterfeit cartridges. So frustrated I turned it in on promotion and got an Epson ET3700. Not happy w/HP, probably won't ever buy another of their printers. Mom said "never say never".
