Its unfortunate the box was in poor condition when it reached you. While it is possible the store sent it damaged, it's more likely it got damaged in transit. I am glad the product is working fine. We appreciate the feedback and will follow up on the occurrence.

There were some problems with the printer that may have been the problem, but before replacing the cartrdige, I at least had weak printed documents. I do believe it was an isolated case, so I don't want to be totally negative
