    I was happy this ink jet cartridge worked accordingly. I had purchased a set of various colored cartridges from Costco, which included black. All cartridges went in without issue except for the black one. It turns out it was defective. I picked up a single black cartridge on my last visit to BB and it worked perfectly.

    HP ink is the original. I usually buy a 3rd party replacement but I'm never really sure if those last as long as HP.

    I have never been disappointed with the HP ink cartridges I have purchased. The colors are always brilliant and never fail to provide a completed professional document. I must add that between the HP ink cartridges and the HP printer I use, my printed documents frequently look even better than the originals.

    I have a HP PhotoSmart printer. It uses 564. I print almost every day, can be a photo, doc., emails, faxes… the XL pack of ink is very sufficient for me to change at least every 3 to 4 months. No messy, good colors for my pictures! Very good prices at BB too.
