    The printer ink and paper were just fine and arrived quickly. However, the cover for the mobile phone is a different story. After I opened the packaging, I realized you sent the wrong item and consequently it didn't fit and I had to give it away. Not only that, you overcharged me! PLUS, it still shows up in my shopping cart!!!!

    The 564XL ink is a much better investment than the 564 ink. It lasts much longer and works great. It'd be nice to see it offered a little cheaper.
