    All phone lines were busy for hours, so called th geek squad and a very nice guy got us an appoint to return a dehumidifier under your warranty program. After arriving out front a great guy named Noah got the old one out of our car ad helped us select a new one and did the paper work and returned to our car.. It will be delivered on Tue.

    The printer ink and paper were just fine and arrived quickly. However, the cover for the mobile phone is a different story. After I opened the packaging, I realized you sent the wrong item and consequently it didn't fit and I had to give it away. Not only that, you overcharged me! PLUS, it still shows up in my shopping cart!!!!
