This is the best choice of sizes

If you rarely print documents go with a standard cartridge instead. I have heard that the cartridges can go stale if you don't use them, but I never had that problem as I print documents frequently and for me this XL cartridge is the only one I buy these days.

Simple Printing

The copies come out crisp and clear without muss and fuss. The cartridge simply snaps in and out of the printer in seconds and you can be back to work with quality printing.

HP 564xl cartridge

No other will work. I am not using the color cartridges any more since I found out that I don't need to use them and all I need is to print in black and white.

Excellent black & white print quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After severely criticizing the 564 3-color pack for providing such a small yield for its price, I am glad to observe that the 564 black-XL is far more generous. The yield, of course, is still much less than from the toner cartridge of the traditional black&white photocopier, such as the Canon PC -170. But the HP printer copies using this ink are indeed superb!
