HP 564XL black ink cartridge lasts so much longer than the regular cartridge and that is the ink that gets used the most. It makes sense to purchase the HP XL and in the long run it 's more cost effective.

I like how long the XL lasts without drying out. I do some printing but sometimes can be months before I print again and the ink is still good it does not dry out and I know its there.

What can i say, it does its job. I have been using this ink for a couple of years and I haven't had any problems with quality. it is not as expensive as many other cartridges out there.

Black ink is usually the most common ink used so it naturally runs out the fastest. Having a XL black ink cartridge causes me to make less trips to the store to buy black ink cartridges at a lesser price.

For ease of use and ease of installation, you can't beat the HP - 564XL. With a simple twist, the disposable tab pops off and you are ready to literally snap this cartridge into place - no need for an IT guy!

I have had my hp printer for several years now. Every time I need to purchase ink it is always in stock. I also like the fact that the black cartridge is available in single and double size.

This is by far the easiest ink cartridge I have ever changed. While I'm not sure how long this will last, I will say that I printed my documents with the smaller size ink cartridge that came with the printer.

I kept running out of ink to fast so I decided to get this XL version of ink and it works great. My printer has gone through a whole bunch of prints and the system shows I've hardly used any. I like it a lot.

If your HP printer takes the 564 cartridges, I would highly recommend purchasing the XL cartridge for the black ink! This product lasts about as long as all the color cartridges, which are non-XL.

I purchase all of my ink from Best Buy. Their prices are good (compared to other stores) plus I receive reward points for making the purchase. To me, this makes purchasing from Best Buy the best value around.

While I don't have much choice in which ink I choose for my printer, I usually opt for the XL variety. I have found that the non-XL does run out faster. The XL lasts longer, so it's worth the extra money to save in the long run.

I love the rewards program that helped me get the additional discount on the ink. I used to buy a generic ink to save money but its not worth it. The real deal is so much better. I highly recommend.

....in your HP printer. Those recycled/rebuilt units never work in my HP printers. Only original ink cartridges work right - like this one. You pay more for the real thing but get great quality.

Well priced, works till dry. Last couple of pages show it needs to be replaced whereas other cartridges will ruin multiple pages before empty. Would definitely purchase again.

I've owned and used HP printers for some time. This cartridge in extra large is perfect for me as I do not print a ton of documents. With sensible use this XL cartridge will last about 4 months.

HP quality ink prints as it should and works fine. Just way overpriced for a small quantity of ink but no blame on Best Buy just the industry gouging the buyers shame on you HP!!!

I bought this XL in because I needed my ink cartridge to go a bit farther as I am a teacher and do lots of printing! It's done a great job lasting longer than other ink cartridges. Very pleased!

The HP ink is always very good and installation is very easy. I just wish they would provide better software upgrades for their Photosmart printers so we could continue to use air print.

you get what you pay for with HP inks. The colors are true and the cartridges last a good time. I always buy Hp ink from Best Buy.
