This product is easily used by being quickly installed and allowing the user to not have to wear rubber gloves to do so. It then seems to VERY quickly align thus allowing the user to continue working with a minimum loss of time.

I love coming to Best Buy for my computer ink for my home business because I always find what I need, get the 15% discount, and my computer never tells me it's not genuine HP ink.

To get the quality of printing I want from my 7520 Printer I use only HP 564 XL Black Ink cartridges as well as all the other colors of ink. Quality ink is a must for quality printing.

I have never had a bad HP printer cartridge. They all run out to soon but it is the nature of the beast. I have always purchased original HP cartridges.

This ink works well on cheap or high quality paper. Worth the price, especially after trying to use a cheap substitute for hp and being very disappointed in the result.

I've used this ink about four separate times now for my HP printer, and can report that the quality and ease of use of this product is exemplary. My only caveat would be the price for the ink. Other than that, it's a great product.

I like the XL ink cartridge as it does last longer than the standard cartridge. Best Buy typically has the best price on this item and also like the idea that I receive additional discount when using my BestBuy Credit Card.

Sure, HP ink is a little more than cut-rate ink houses. But it provides a crisp, clean image. No smearing. Worth the little extra I pay for it. No wasted paper or ink.

Like the larger size reservoir..works well in the printer..have had issues with “cheaper” off brand ink cartridges ..have messed up my printers

Best Buy's price for HP Ink is pretty good and they price match most stores, so that's a bonus. However, I do wish that I could squeeze more pages/prints out of each cartridge.

I always use hp cartridges when I need ink. I've never had a bad one. Of coursemI expect this quality since I paid more for replacement cartridges than i paid for the printer.

Good quality. Our printer is old but still functions well with this cartridge.
