Have used HP printers for the last 15 years. Have been very reliable and I like the availablity of purchase the XL ink cartridges as I print out many art proofs in my business.

Having used HP 564XL ink cartridge for years in my HP office jet printer and never had a failure. Good product and long lasting.

In my opinion it's a waste to get the regular cartridges. I feel like I don't go through the cartridges nearly as fast and has a better sheet output per dollar spent.

I am so glad this item is always in stock, that it is so easy to replace, it is XL to last longer and as a Best Buy Member, I get a discount on each purchase!

Original HP ink is the way to go. I have tried "reloads" and they tend to cause more problems than they solve. The Best Buy 10% off program doesn't hurt either

Would highly recommend the double capacity ink over the regular. Eliminates frequent trips to replenish printer ink. Love quality of HP ink. Dries fast and does not smear

It is worth getting the XL ink vs. the standard ink. You print so much more so if pays for itself. The ink at Best Buy was actually cheaper then the ink at Office Depot.

Great ink. Only bad thing is it seems to get used up somewhat quickly, however, the print quality, especially pictures, is excellent.

This is a standard item. Works well,unlike some generic cartridges. Competitive price at Best Buy

We have bought this ink for years and it works really well. It lasts a long time and I never have problems with the ink cartridge being accepted in my printer.

It's so nice to not have to use the smaller black ink cartridges so I don't have to change it as often - or have grayish print!

Printers are programmed to use their name branded ink. Using any other, you have complaints, you created them. Use the correct ink and printing will be flawless.

When I try an off-brand ink, I always seem to come back to HP inks even though they are pricier. The quality is just better. Just wish ALL of the brands would last longer.

I bought this ink cartridge from Best Buy as I do all my ink. I use to buy then on Amazon because it was less expensive. That was until I discovered the cartridges weren't completely full. They only had abou 3/4 the amount of ink that should have been there. I don't even know if they were genuine HP inks. The package looked like it but that doesn't mean a thing when China makes a knock off of an original. I have always gotten the best ink at Best Buy.

I have two printers that accept these cartridges. I use them for photos as well as regular printing. Never encountered a problem and they last as well as could be expected.

I have tried off named brands but genuine HP ink works the best with an HP printer. The xl type last a very long time and the ink is not smeary or too light.

Don't waste your money on the cheap cartridges, buy xl and save $$. Yes the cartridge is more expensive but you get more ink. Who doesn't want more for less?

All ink is overpriced, but with the XL packs, you get the most for your money. And HP brand ink gives a much better print quality compared to the generic brands or refills

I appreciate the good quality of the ink cartridge and the fact that Richard the associate took time to immediately locate it and give me his full attention.
