No negative comments on this black ink cartridge for my deskjet printer. Too bad the printer doesn't allow for a larger, longer lasting cartridge!

Very important ink for work related stuff as the majority of my prints will be in words so the black ink on my printer works very well.

The HP cartridge is easy to install, the XL size is perfect for large printing output. This product is very reliable and compatible with my needs.

Love my HP Printer and the clear job this ink gives me. It is expensive and doesn't last that long, but the colors and print quality are excellent. Really vibrant.

Ink doesn't last very long but that is to be expected with any ink you buy. Prints out well and no complaints other than the price of ink should be lower for the amount of pages you get.

it was very easy to install and worked well. the packaging was easy to take apart although to access the ink some pressure had to be applied.

What can I say except for ink is good for the printer. It needs it to print stuff on the pages. I think this ink while costly does serve a purpose.

I always use Genuine HP Cartridges in my printer and I like the 564 XL as the value is so much greater for the number of documents you can print
