What's to say ink is ink, the cartridge is a good value for price. At first I bought the non XL before I realized that only the XL works for photos.

This is one of 5 cartridges necessary for the HP printer. This is needed for standard document printing (not photo). Looks great.

I wished HP and best carried only the XL version. This XL size last longer and prints way more pages before running out of ink.

Not much to say beyond that. It does the job. Runs out a little quicker than one would hope, but they all do, and it's overpriced, but they all are -- no real way of getting around that.

Haven't actually used the cartridege I bought recently. My existing cartridge is still printing well. I changed the dpi from 300 to 600 and have gotten an extra 40 pages or so.

This is a good price for the replacement ink cartridge for my 9yr old HP printer.....also bought at Bestbuy in 2009!

Love the larger amount of ink in this cartridge. Lasts a long time. Nice print.

The quality is there but it feels like it runs out pretty quick. It is a step up from the standard ink cart. If you had to choose, get the XL instead of the standard cart.

Works as expected, as well as ink jet can work I suppose. Seems to last considerably longer than the standard version.

Ink is ink. However, I definitely recommend buying the XL size. It gives you much more value for the price compared to the regular size.

You may get generic ink refills at a lower cost but you won't find one that last as long. This is a quality cartridge at a reasonable price.

It's your standard black ink that is supposed to print up to 2x more pages than the non-XL version. It's a solo pack. It's easy to install.

This genuine HP 564XL High-Yield Ink Cartridge - Black is the perfect toner for my HP printer and yields lots of quality pages.

This cartridge gives more value for the dollar in that is prints higher quality for a longer period of time and number of pages than the smaller slightly less expensive black cartridge.

Lasts much longer than the regular 564 black ink - that is helpful. I hate changing ink.

You can buy the cheap version or the genuine HP product. The genuine product is better than the generic I have purchased in past

Ink is always reliable, easy installation. Always double up the black because it is cheaper than buying 2 singles.

I like to buy the original HP cartridges as they last longer than the knock off brands.

This is worth the money keeps printing and printing. I dont have to worry about replacing for a really ling time.
