    I bought this product and went straight home to use it for my son's homework. Printed about 4 sheets. Not much ink was used. The next day I go to use and I kept getting an error message that the cartridge was not installed correctly. I followed the directions to try and correct the problem. Did this 6 times to no avail. It would not let me print at all. Big inconvenience since I was printing something that had to be turned in eaept the next day. Rushed to the store to return it and had to get a brand new cartridge. Luckily Best Buy was great and replaced it for me with no problem. That is the reason it gets 4stars. Also the fact that this was the first time this has happened.

    This Black and Tri Color Ink Cartridge is a Great Deal and in my Opinion is a Savings and a Good Value For The Money. Whenever I have the chance I try to buy them in the Combo Packs.

    I typically buy the XL version of this, but the regular version works just fine. I don't print a lot anymore, so I can't give an honest review of how many pages it prints.
