    Owning a hp envy 4500 printer I didn't realize #61 combo was not compatible with my printer. I researched and found that I needed the single pack #61 black and colo in the blue/black box as opposed to the 61 combo pack. Second trip to Best Buy was a winner.

    Reason for 4 stars is that I had ordered the color/black combo kit for +/- $45 and was on back order for weeks. Finally had to order the color and black as individual items which of course cost more. Overall the delivery of the indiv units was good and I prefer the HP.

    This purchase was to replace defective product that would not work. Unfortunately, only way to verify defective product necessitated opening product which then prevented ability for credit or exchange. $30 plus dollars down the drain. There has to be a method to allow exchange when this happens. Don't punish all customers for deceitfully actions of a few.
