Have seen problems with recycled cartridges at work so always use genuine HP cartridges for home and have never had a problem. Better value to get the XL if you do a lot of printing though. My Best Buy members get additional discounts so makes it an even better deal.

This is a quality product with dependable performance. The biggest downfalls are the price, and the duration of the printing. I have resorted to only buying the extra capacity cartridges to save on the trips to buy additional ink. HP needed to start making all their ink less expensive.

The 2 pack ink cartridges were recommended by the sales clerk and I'm glad I followed his advise. I normally print something each day and I'm still going strong after one month. Didn't have the same results with other cartridges I've used. Plus, I saved money!

We always use the HP Ink recommended by the manufacturer in this case the HP 62 Combo Pack (Black & Tri-Color). We bought a new HP 7640 wireless printer based on the Ink replacement costs so after research the HP 62 Combo Pack was one of our best choices.

Ink cartridge works well, good price compared to other retailers

HP provides a very high quality product with their inks. My only negative thing to say about the purchase was Best Buy not having a defined area for ink. It was kind of tucked away and recently was moved to an area with no overhead signage indicating where it was.

Great product, great prices and helpful staff. I recently needed to buy a printer after many years of not having one at home, my mistake was going to two box chains close to home, ended up buying one and was very happy until the sample cartridge needed to be replaced. Went back to said chain to try and buy cartridge. What a joke, couldn't find cartridges, asked for help and was told that boy will help you when he is done, no one else would make eye contact even though several people were putting up a display of gift cards for Christmas It was Columbus Day. Needless to say I was not happy, pulled out phone looked up prices and saw Best Buy was was 20 dollars cheaper up the highway I went, I was greeted at the door, asked if I needed assistance confirmed it was right item and pulled up the info so I also saved 5%. I will never make the mistake of starting at Best Buy

No problem with this ink. Always buy HP for your HP devices.

This ink cartridge works great and my print outs are crisp and clear. I would recommend this as I only buy HP ink cartridges and not unbranded names as I have had problems with those in the past. So I only by HP for my HP printers.
